Electric Light Orchestra
was inducted to the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame 2017. The ceremony
took place at the Barclays Center in New York on 07 April. Dhani
Harrison introduced ELO. Roy Wood was there
but Richard Tandy was strangely absent. Jeff Lynne's ELO performed
in this order "Roll Over Beethoven", "Evil Woman" then "Mr. Blue Sky".

A few pictures were taken
on 06 April before the Rock & Roll Hall Of
Fame Ceremony. For an unknown reason, Richard Tandy wasn't there... The
band did a soundcheck with "Evil Woman", "Mr. Blue
Sky" and "Roll Over Beethoven". They signed autographs on electric
guitars. A chair is reserved for Roy Wood while Jeff Lynne has
got his
own table with his manager Craig Fruin.

master
tapes were used for the new re-masters. The
individual albums from the collection will also be available

Roy wood declared in an
interview to the Nottingham Post:
"Some years ago I recorded a track with my old mate Jeff Lynne and I'm
hoping to include it on a new compilation I'd like to put together at
some point. I'm gonna put together some of the tracks I particularly
like along with some unreleased songs." For your information, Roy Wood
and Jeff Lynne recorded 2 songs together in 1989: "Me And You" and "If
You Don't Get What You Want".

surfaced. It's a live recording of Electric Light Orchestra in
Seattle (USA) on 08 February 1976 during the "Face The Music"
tour. It contains this medley in very good audio quality: "Let's Spend
The Night Together" (Rolling
Stone), "Piano Concerto N°1" (Edvard Grieg) and "The End"
(Beatles).

wonderful spaceship from a tin spaceship he received from his
wife at
Christmas. He added the ELO ship
picture on the top and the bottom then LED lights
around the middle. The result is a real success!

Groucutt passed away on 02 January. The sad news was announced
on Facebook by his family. Kelly Groucutt's son was a musician
himself. He has done a lot to honour the memory of the ELO bass player:
tribute concert, commemorative plaque...
