Merry Minstrel Musical Circus" raised money for Manual Arts High School and The
Tazzy Animal Rescue Fund. Other participants were Susanna
Hoffs, brothers Goldsmith from the band Dawes, Lucinda Williams
and Jackson Brown.

Pete
Haycock
has passed away from a suspected heart attack in Germany on 30 October.
He was aged 62. This British guitarist opened for ELO in the 70's with
his Climax
Blues Band.
He joined Electric Light Orchestra Part 2 from 1989 to 1993 after Bev
Bevan asked him. He co-wrote 4 songs on their first album. He gave an
interesting interview to the ELO Beatles Forever blog in
December 2012.

The October 2012 edition

the Swedish magazine Nya Upplagan (issue 72) contains an
interview of Jeff Lynne. He declared that ELO is now formed by himself
and Richard Tandy. Concerning his new solo album, he said "Hm, it's
actually hard to describe because it sounds a little bit different from
what I've done before, more diverse, and like I said, not exactly what
people expect from me."

TINKERBELLS FAIRYDUST - FOLLOW ME FOLLOW - DEMO
The demo version of "Follow Me
Follow" by the Tinkerbells
Fairydust was on sale on eBay. This song composed by Jeff
Lynne was
initially recorded by this British band in 1966-67 then by the
Idle Race in 1967-68. The vinyl was sold by Steve Maher, the singer of
the Tinkerbells Fairydust himself. It was used for the reissue on CD of
their first album. It's probably the
only copy.

One of these was taken on 1st September at the
Heaton Park in Prestwich during the 2013 Trans-Lancs Transport Show. A
London bus can be seen on it with an advert promoting the release of
the album "Time" by
the Electric Light Orchestra in 1981 with the slogan "ELO - The Waiting
Is Over". A bulky item to collect for the ELO fans...

Dave Morgan) wrote his autobiography in 2010. Available in PDF format
until now, "Patterns In The Chaos" is now released in paperback for£8,99 + postage (about
$14,70). The
220-pages book contains over 70 photos from his personal collection
(including his era with Electric Light Orchestra). A digital version of
the book is planned soon...
