Beat-Club
was a German music programme that ran from 1965 to 1972. The complete
collection has been packaged in 3
boxsets of 8 DVDs each. The Move were
often invited in the show, the boxsets contain all their performances:
- The Move with Jeff Lynne: "Down On The Bay", "When Alice Comes Back
To The Farm", "Brontosaurus".
- The Move without Jeff Lynne: "Blackberry Way", "Wild Tiger Woman",
"Fire Brigade", "Curly".

Richard "Plug" Thomas is an English artist who covered "One Summer
Dream" in a very original way.He
has used a couple of Idle Race and ELO samples within the song. You can see the video on
his website. Besides, he was a drummer
in a band from Birmingham called Breakthru
at the end of the 60's. Bill Hunt played in it before joining Electric
Light Orchestra (on the first album) then Roy Wood's Wizzard. A
Breakthru anthology was realeased last year.

It's a Japanese vinyl from 1976. It was a promotional item not for

Record"...).

A
Traveling Wilburys contract was on sale on the web. It is signed by
Jeff Lynne, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, George Harrison and Roy Orbison
widow, Barbara Orbison. This 14-page contract dating from 1st January 1989 stipulates
that Tom Petty sells the rights for the song "last
night" to the band for their first album. The
opening bid was 3000 Dollars and this item was estimated at more than
6000 Dollars.

1966 à 1972 (donc la période avec Jeff Lynne
également). Il contiendra de nombreuses raretés
(démos,
prises alternatives, enresgistrements live...) ainsi qu'un livret de 72
pages très fourni (interviews, photos rares et
inédites...).
A noter qu'un premier pressage en édition limitée
contiendra 5 cartes postales exclusives des Move et un poster double
face.
