its 30th anniversary, the posthumous album "King Of Hearts" by Roy
Orbison will be reissued on 14 October. It will be available on CD,
digitally and red vinyl pressed in limited edition. It
was remastered by Richard Dodd (sound engineer for Jeff Lynne). Jeff
Lynne produced and played instruments on 2 songs: "Heartbreak Radio"

Olivia Newton-John
died on 08
August aged 73 (the day of the 42nd anniversary of the movie
"Xanadu"...). The sad news was announced by her husband John
Easterling: "Dame Olivia
Newton-John passed away peacefully at her ranch in Southern California
this morning, surrounded by her family and friends". She battled a
breast
cancer diagnosted in 1992. Her performance of "Xanadu" with Electric
Light
Orchestra in 1980 was a huge success. The song was number one in
several countries and became the ELO's only single to reach the fisrt
place in the British charts.

Ostin died on 31 July aged 95. He was an American
record executive. As artistic director of Warner Bros. Records, he

Wilburys. He described the band as "A happy accident" in a text he

small quantity pressed on clear vinyl. The 4-LP boxset in

RICK PRICE - 1944-2022
It's very sad news. Rick Price died suddenly, but from
natural causes, at the age
of 77 on 17 May. He was the former bass player of the Move (from 1969
to 1971) then Wizzard (from 1972 to 1975). He recorded the bass parts
to the early sessions for the first ELO album but for some unknown
reason, they had not been kept. He covered with Mike Sheridan 2 songs
of the Idle Race written by Jeff Lynne: "Follow Me Follow" and "Please
No More Sad Songs".

causes naturelles, à l'âge de 77 ans le 17 mai. Il
