The 1993 album "Heartbeat" by Hank Marvin is now available on vinyl for
the first time. This 2LP set was released on
180g heavyweight red colour vinyl. It contains the single
"Wonderful Land" with Mark Knopfler. Jeff Lynne plays acoustic guitar
and produced it.

memorized. And then, in 1978, ELO came to Cleveland on tour, in that
giant neon clamshell-opening
spaceship set. My buddies all went to see it--but not me. I was at
music camp in Michigan!! I missed my one chance to see ELO live, and
I've always had tinglings of regret. The band broke up in 1986. Well,
yesterday, for a "Sunday Morning Profile", I got to spend the day with
Jeff Lynne himself, who's doing his first ELO tour in 30 years. He
turns out to be deeply shy (he says that's why he always wears
sunglasses) and hilariously self-deprecating. I also think he's a
musical genius. Anyway, it was such a thrill - he played me five songs
from his new album, coming out in November. Such happiness. Such
closure. Inner child HEALED!"

Pour information, il y a de nombreuses chansons inédites

A benefit concert for the
10th anniversary Plastic Pollution Coalition
celebration was given in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles on 25 May. Jeff
Lynne was
invited as a guest and performed 3 songs on stage: "Roll Over
Beethoven",
"Runaway" and "Handle With Care" (with the American singer Jackson
Browne). Other musicians were Mike Campbell,
Benmont Tench and Steve Ferrone.

Theatre in Las Vegas, Nevada and at the Spectrum in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania.

UNRELEASED JEFF LYNNE SONG?
An acetate of
a previously unreleased song "Come Tomorrow" was on sale on eBay.
It was sold as an Idle Race song from 1968/69. But according to very
closed people from the band, it's not the Idle Race.
The seller added the following information: "I have been told by the
person who
published the track that this is a Jeff Lynne written track which he
also produced and played guitar on but was never released. The vocals
could be by either Roy Wood or Carl Wayne." You can download the
incomplete song in Flac format.
