Harrison
wanted to go on a ship tour with the Traveling Wilburys. He shared his
idea with Tom Petty: "He said, we should get a ship, just sail
around. We could pull into a
cove and play to guys in outrigger canoes. And we'll call it the
Sponsor Ship. We'll paint a different corporate logo on it every day.
That'll pay for the trip. He was so funny". But
Tom Petty admits it might have been the only way Harrison would have
agreed to tour. "His biggest problem was the machinery of managers and
booking agents. He said to me once, I can't face
waking up in Philadelphia and having to go to the soundcheck."

Electric
guitar manufaturer Gibson has named the Traveling Wilburys as the best
classic rock supergroup. It described their debut album as "flawless"
and commended it for showcasing the talents of each individual band
member. The firm
added that the record was "teeming with perfectly crafted
pop singles" and sold extremely well.

handwritten lyric sheets with extracts from
interviews given by the various
Wilburys. It is
released in 2 limited editions: a collector version and a deluxe
version. Each book is hand-signed by Jeff Lynne.

Tinkerbells
Fairydust. He
played in "Sheila's Back In Town" and composed "Follow Me
Follow" (before
being recorded by him with the
Idle Race). Their music is available for the first time in CD and MP3 formats. Bonus tracks include
the single and the demo of "Follow Me
Follow".

Dave Morgan
was part of ELO from
1981 to 1986 (guitar,
synth, vocoder and back-up vocals). He worked on the album "Secret
Messages" and Jeff Lynne's album "Armchair Theatre". He
formed the Tandy-Morgan Band with ELO keyboardist Richard Tandy early
in 1985.
On 10 October, he performed with his wife a musical gospel including
some ELO songs. The show took place at St. Elisabeth's Church
in
Eastbourne, UK.
Dave Morgan a fait partie

the BBC on 19 April 1973 during a concert in London. They have been
previously available on the out of print album "Live At The
BBC" released in
1999 as well as promo-only radio show discs and bootlegs.
